Would you recommend adjuvant radiation after wedge resection for a 1.0 cm non small cell lung cancer with close margins of 2mm?
NCCN recommends achieving margins of 2.0cm or at least the size of the lesion, but assuming the patient did not have adequate lung function for lobectomy.
