Would you treat the prostate per STAMPEDE in a patient who has oligometastatic disease after cryotherapy?
Should the prostate be rebiopsied, or would you proceed with radiation therapy given the relatively high failure rate of cryotherapy as initial treatment for organ-confined prostate cancer?

I agree with Dr. @Tyler Seibert. This is one of the few scenarios that radiation has shown to improve overall survival for men with prostate cancer so you would not want to take important therapy off the table.

Interesting question. I have not encountered this scenario yet. I would like to hear from others, but I think I would be inclined to offer treatment to the prostate.
