Are systemic effects from corticosteroid use greater with budesonide rinses compared to nasal sprays?  

With the increased use of budesonide nasal rinses for chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, it seems appropriate to ask about the systemic effects of rinses versus nasal sprays.
