Are there data to support full-dose anticoagulation added to an antiplatelet in recurrent peripheral arterial thrombosis requiring revascularization and stenting?
Assume the patient does not have another indication for AC like VTE or AFib. Could this be suggestive of a hypercoagulable state?

I am not aware of any data for full dose anticoagulation, only lower dose anticoagulation which was the subject of the VOYAGER PAD study that did show reduced MALE rates when low dose Xarelto was added to either ASA or Plavix.
