Are your criteria for PMRT in men different than your criteria for PMRT in women?
For instance, are you more likely to offer PMRT to a man who is node negative but with several high risk features such as high grade, LVI, high oncotype, and/or triple negative disease?

Our indications and need is based on data from treating women with breast cancer and thus follow similar indications. Although because of lack of breast tissues and screening men are more likley to present with advance disease especially extending to dermis and thus moe likely need PMRT

In general indications for pmrt in men are similar to women though my threshold to treat us low. For example I would likely treat a male with any node positive disease or a close margin while in selected women in this setting I might omit pmrt.
