E.g SCV and/or paratracheal nodes? If so, what dose do you prescribe for elective coverage?

I cannot give you great data to prove that one needs to treat anything more than the PET-defined target for patients with lung cancer. But I do offer a few thoughts on this matter.

I agree. Since these tumors are primarily treated with induction ChemoRT followed by resection, the mediastinum is adequately staged by PET and EBUS beforehand. If surgery is not planned/possible, then I do include any suspicious nodes in the region.
