Do you feel PRP is effective in treating androgenetic alopecia?

If patients don't improve with topical and oral medications, I discuss PRP and laser assisted drug delivery of topicals - and ted to start with PRP as can often be done on day of consultation whereas LADD often needs to be scheduled.
