Mantle cell lymphoma is on watch and wait approach with oncology due to low disease burden.

Labs: Type 1 cryoglobulins present, Cryocrit 1%. High RF, low C4. Skin biopsy: "Chronic vasculopathy, lymphocytic vasculitis". Hep C negative.
