Do you prescribe Coenzyme Q10 + alpha lipoic acid for patients with debilitating long COVID?   

Note of a small positive study from Italy testing twice daily CoQ10 and ALA.  If you do not offer this therapy - what therapies do you prescribe to this patient population?
