Do you recommend the HPV vaccination for your young patients with HPV-associated cancers or pre-cancers who have not yet been vaccinated?
Assuming patient is <45 years old with cervical, vulvar, vaginal, anal, or head/neck cancers, or with CIN/VIN/VaIN/AIN/oropharyngeal precancerous lesions.
