Yes, since it would not qualify as cardiopulmonary resuscitation if they maintain a pulse.

DNR does not mean do not treat. Based on clinical situations and expected longevity, I rescinded DNR temporarily with consent to give definitive treatments like a permanent pacer or to place a stent during STEMI.
