Do you use biologic DMARDs for active axial spondyloarthritis in transplant patients on long-term anti-rejection therapy?  

Example: 50 year old man with active axial spondyloarthritis of SI joints and lumbar spine (on MRI) with peripheral joint involvement (ankle and knee) who has a remote history of a renal transplant and on long-term mycophenolate mofetil and sirolimus.  Has CKD so NSAIDs contraindicated.
