Do you use precision medicine tools (such as RNA testing, PRISM-RA) in clinical practice before starting a TNF inhibitor for RA?

Not using, as there is no sufficient evidence on using these tools yet.

I agree that these tests are not particularly helpful. The joint exam, coupled with lab results such as ESR and CRP provide the clinician with sufficient data to determine the need to start a DMARD or a biological drug.
