How do you approach hypogammaglobulinemia in a patient with sarcoidosis?  

Pt with h/o sarcoidosis (pulmonary nodules, renal (kidney stones) and lymph node involvement) stable on hydroxychloroquine monotherapy and off steroids for past 1 year, but persistent hypogammaglobulinemia. No recurrent infections.
