How do you dose concurrent chemotherapy with once daily radiation for bladder preservation in urothelial carcinoma?
The recommended concurrent chemotherapy regimens (cisplatin/paclitaxel and cisplatin/FU) in NCCN are based on BID fractionation of radiation as in RTOG/NRG trials 0233 and 0712. On what data do you base your bladder preservation regimen?
