This is a real but uncommon side effect of Pluvicto therapy. Per VISION, it will happen in maybe 3% of patients but almost never high grade. It is a pity that dosimetry was not performed in the VISION trial and therefore, we do not know the absorbed doses to the lacrimal glands in patients with or without dry eyes subsequently.
