How is your institution incorporating MRI planning into cervical EBRT/brachy?
With the results of the EMBRACE protocol, how do you approach MRI planning? Do you plan with applicators in situ, or use preimplant (post EBRT) imaging to merge with CT planning? What are the common mistakes/pitfalls of different approaches?
