How would differing breast cancer receptors between biopsy and surgery affect your treatment recommendations?

For example, if you had a triple positive breast cancer found on breast biopsy and repeat ER/PR/HER2 testing at the time of surgical resection showed a triple negative breast cancer, how would this change your treatment? (no neoadjuvant treatment given before)
