How would you approach a vulvar SCC with inguinal nodes 9 months after completion of surgery + adjuvant EBRT for cervical cancer?

I would consider this as a second primary. We know both are related to HPV infection and the previous treatment for cervical cancer did not treat the vulva or the inguinal nodes.
