How would you treat chorea in a patient with Sjögren’s syndrome and positive beta 2 glycoprotein I antibodies?   

Patient with Sjögren’s syndrome. Positive beta 2 glycoprotein I AB twice (>12 weeks apart). Developed involuntary movements. Evaluated by Neurology and was diagnosed with chorea. Their impression is that problem is due to autoimmune disease.
