How would you treat isolated axillary recurrence of a previously node negative ER/PR+, HER2- breast cancer after prior neoadjuvant chemotherapy, lumpectomy/adjuvant RT, and adjuvant AI?

The recurrence was 2 years after treatment with ddAC + T. If you elect for systemic therapy after local therapy, what chemotherapy would you use given exposure to ACT already?

proviso. Since the relapse was greater than a year after start of A.I. one could consider reintroduction of an A.I. rather than Fulvestrant.
