It is not, in clinical practice, which has accepted to evaluate risk-benefit ratio, in case of other anti-angiogenesis agents such as all other targeted therapy in HCC

I do feel that it is. Things to take into account are the reason for anticoagulation and duration. If a patient is on prophylactic anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation, it is probably ok to use bevacizumab cautiously.
