Is keratosis follicularis (Darier disease) a contraindication to receipt of PMRT?  

A postmenopausal patient underwent surgery MRM for an ER-negative PR-negative HER2-negative pT2N0(sn) invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Positive surgical margins were present after surgery that could not be re-resected to obtain negative margins.

Would you offer PMRT to this patient if they also were known to have keratosis folicularis (Darier disease) - a genodermatosis caused by mutations in the ATP2A2 gene?
