It is amazing to me that so many of you are eager to jump on the bandwagon of finding the fewest number of treatments for every clinical scenario. In breast cancer, it took the 10-year and 20-year results of mastectomy vs lumpectomy/xrt to make the latter a viable alternative to surgeons in the USA....
