Would you offer prone APBI with IMRT/VMAT?

There is data from NYU supporting prone APBI with 3D techniques, and the Florence trial supporting IMRT/VMAT. Is there utility or feasibility to deliver APBI while prone utilizing IMRT/VMAT?
