Is whole body phototherapy for skin disorders a contraindication to chest wall or breast radiation?  

I would not consider prior phototherapy a contraindication. I regularly treat patients with cutaneous lymphomas and occasionally, refractory dermatitis after phototherapy, mostly narrow band UVB.
