Under what circumstances would you cover the upper cord when treating a high grade glioma involving the posterior fossa?
What are your dose constraints for the cord in these situations?

Probably need some more details but if this is a high grade glioma that involved the brainstem, I would likely cover the brainstem and would consider the upper cord depending on my margins.
