What are your first line treatment choices for metastatic combined HCC/Cholangiocarcinoma?
Would you treat as cholangiocarcinoma with a gemcitabine/platinum regimen or would you use a more HCC regimen like atezo/bev or durva/trem?

This diagnosis is mostly reached after a biopsy of an LR-M liver lesion. There are no prospective trials or high-quality data to guide therapy because such patients were excluded from pure BTC or HCC trials.
