What is the best approach in management of device related thrombus seen immediately after watchman deployment?

Watchman device deployed with therapeutic ACT but required multiple recaptures. Patient went into afib during the procedure and after final deployment small sized mobile thrombus seen on device on ICE. Negative suction on delivery sheath was tried unsucessfully.

I plan to leave patient on aspirin and eliquis. My question is how long will you monitor the patient in hospital, any thoughts on trying to chemically cardiovert the patient back to NSR, when should repeat imaging be performed.
