What is the maximum dose to small bowel you would allow in a single fraction with gynecologic brachytherapy?
After whole pelvis radiation therapy, what would be the highest dose you would allow in a single fraction, versus the total course EQD2 for small bowel. Would that be different for sigmoid or rectal dose?
