What is the role of radiation treatment of stage IA ALK negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma?
PET/CT/bone marrow biopsy negative for evidence of distant disease. Following 4 cycles of combination chemotherapy with no evidence of progressive disease.

In patients with T-cell lymphoma, there is no good evidence to consider "short course" chemotherapy and therefore, it has been my practice to consider 6 cycles of chemotherapy for nodal stage IA ALK- ALCL followed by radiation as consolidation.
