What is your approach to gynecologic examinations/surveillance in a standard risk patient on adjuvant tamoxifen?  

In the absence of symptoms (abnormal bleeding or discharge, pain, etc.), I do not recommend gynecologic examinations/surveillance beyond what is appropriate given the woman's age.
