What recommendations do you have for treatment-resistant Darier's Disease?
VA patient. Not responding to usual TCS, barrier pastes, acitretin, etc. Considering IL-17/-23 inhibitors.

Low dose naltrexone, start in 1 mg and slowly increase to 5 mg pod.
