What small bowel dose constraints do you utilize when treating resected pancreatic cancer?
When indicated as in the setting of positive margins and/or positive lymph nodes, do you use V45 <195cc (QUANTEC), or V45 <15% (RTOG 0848), and do you have a recommendation for V50?
