What would be your next line of treatment for disease control in a pediatric patient with metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma in partial response after multiple therapies?
The patient already received PLADO+sorafenib, Y90, and Atezolizumab/Bevacizumab complicated by recurrent episodes of bleeding from esophageal varices. Metastases have resolved and primary tumor has shown partial response to prior treatment.
