Would you consider PTH-analog therapy in a woman with osteoporotic vertebral fractures who has asymptomatic non-obstructive renal stones and normal 24-hour urine calcium level?

I agree with Dr. @Honig. The mean increase in urinary Ca in the teriparatide phase 3 trial was 30 mg/24 hours. There was rare hypercalcemia in the tptd trial and less in the abaloparatide trial.
