Yes, I think it is worth trying low-dose naltrexone in fibromyalgia - seems safe and may be effective.

There have been a few small reports suggesting the efficacy of naltrexone in fibromyalgia and other chronic pain, however, more evidence is sorely needed. I would suggest looking for any current studies to enroll prospective patients or at the very least, consulting with a pain management expert.
