Would you ever consider prophylactic anticoagulation in patients with CKD requiring ESA therapy?
While the CKD population is at high thrombotic and bleeding risk, would you consider anticoagulating a patient prophylactically if they had a history of unprovoked VTE or an inherited thrombophilia?
