Would you recommend radiation to the prostate after prior transurethral ultrasound ablation (TULSA PRO)?
Is dose reduction needed? Would you still recommend hypofractionation?

My answer assumes that the patient tolerated transurethral ultrasound ablation well and does not have significant complications from the procedure.
