How do you manage malignancies in patients with Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome (BHD)? Is there concern for increased radiosensitivity?  

Specifically, how would you approach recurrent clear cell renal cell carcinoma after prior surgery? In the setting of BHD syndrome, is radiotherapy contraindicated?
