Would you treat bilateral synchronous breast cancers in prone position?
What techniques have you used to evaluate for field overlap given the different setups? We have used a thick wire placed at midline during the verification simulation and verified that the port films are outside of the wire.

I have done this one time in past and fused two the CT scans to ensure that based on anatomy there is significant gap between two fields
