UFC is an expression of free cortisol. It should not be affected by oral estrogen.

Cushing is generally diagnosed by multiple tests so if one is abnormal, it is recommended to do other tests such as an overnight dexamethasone suppression test and saliva cortisol and put everything together to make the diagnosis.
