Short answer: Yes, you can, and I do not modify my dose. I have no issues with this and have done it multiple times for patients who need more immediate symptom relief (pain, bleeding, etc.).Why? This question requires some context - first, what defines "can you give," and second, what defines concurrent. For the former question, yes, one can do whatever they like by giving EBRT with PSMA therapy, but the real question is whether it is safe to do so. This is an open area of study. There are ...
