Do you contour the abdominal para-aortic nodes in your elective CTVnodes for T3N1 adenocarcinoma of the GEJ getting preop chemoRT?
ASTRO 2015 esophagus guidelines recommended the abdominal para-aortic nodes to be included in the CTV whereas ARS 2020 guidelines did not. Instead, ARS 2020 guidelines recommended subdiaphragmatic/paracardial nodes instead.
