Do you ever consider a third course of CNS radiation to the same area for an in-field recurrence?
For a patient with prior WBRT + SRS, or SRS + SRS to the same area, who has a convincing in field recurrence, would you ever consider a third course of treatment if there are no operative options (eg surgery or LITT)?

Agree with Dr. @Wang. Want multi-D discussion before any consideration of 3rd course RT. For small lesions, can consider SRS. We sometimes opt for a fractionated course (for big or small lesions).
