Do you routinely add a platinum to systemic chemotherapy in the adjuvant setting for patients with BRCA mutated, ER+ breast CA?   

I do. I think the data from the ER negative space on the benefit of platinum in BRCA mutated triple negative MBC likely applies to all BRCA associated breast cancer, whether in the adjuvant or metastatic setting, and whether the tumor is TNBC or ER positive.
