Do you switch from 0.15 mg to 0.3 mg epinephrine at 55lbs or 66lbs?
Seems like AAP and AAAI support switch to 0.3 woolen at 55lbs and FDA and Woolen package insert at 66lbs.
Any thoughts on when to switch?
