Do you utilize consolidative RT for oligometastatic HPV positive head/neck cancer with stable disease on immunotherapy?
If so, do you have a threshold for number of involved sites i.e. X lesions in Y organs, etc.

I do not always recommend "consolidative" RT for oligometastatic disease if the lesion/ lesions are stable. I do, however, occasionally use SBRT for 1-2 lesions that are not responding to immunotherapy and are progressing. I have done this for progressively enlarging lung metastases.
