For patients with Stage IIIB or IV HD flowing Bv-AVEPC with initial large mediastinal adenopathy, how can we avoid ISRT?
Per the NCCN guideline for HR HD, if treated per OEPA-COPDAC, you can omit ISRT. This patient received treatment per AHOD1331, which recommends ISRT for large mediastinal adenopathy.
