For post-prostatectomy radiation, are there any special considerations if there is a bladder sling or artificial urinary sphincter?
Would you be more mindful of bladder dose or hotspots? Are urinary outcomes different if the surgical procedures are done before or after radiation? Is one procedure preferable to the other?
